Can someone tell me what foreshadowing is?
“Julian was nearest—he broke away from Logan for a moment; the taller boy tried to clutch him back….”
“The tall blond shoved Kurt with a force hard enough to bruise. Past the impact, Kurt saw everything happening down to the minutest detail: Logan had pushed him into Blaine’s arms…”
Logan trying desperately to hold on to Julian and, in the same scene, forcing Kurt away. Even though they’re in a burning, collapsing building, from a literary standpoint, for someone who’s been chasing Kurt the way Logan has, he gives him to Blaine. If he grabbed onto Reed and Julian, he could have just as easily chosen to hold on to Kurt. There is something prophetic about Logan’s surrender of Kurt to Blaine in the heat of the moment.
I’m not trying to be the Devil’s Advocate here gondola, seriously I’m not, but doesn’t this also show us that…well, Logan’s first priority was Kurt? If he had wanted to protect Julian first overall, he could have just jumped back with him, he was already holding his sleeve. But his first instinct was still to protect Kurt, which he did so by forcibly pushing him out of harm’s way. Only then did he take care of Reed and Julian.

But…they don’t know if she will wake up. She seems to not be fighting to.
I hope all of us will take this chance to send positive thoughts and prayers. The last thing we need right now is fights. The last thing we need now is screaming at the faceless murderers.
(Yes. I know you watch my blog. You come and attack the people I love in a pattern, I know you watch my blog. I’m calling you a murderer because it’s true. Because you may have not raised the blade, but you made the push. You pushed, and someone fell. And that someone could die. You know those monsters they talk about on the news, the cyberbullies who drive people to death? That’s you. That’s you looking back at you. Just thought you should know, because it’s not an accusation: it’s a fact at this point. It’s like saying the sky is blue. And there’s nothing you or I can change that, however much I myself want to.)
But I digress.
What Jessica needs now is your prayers. Positive thoughts. We don’t need fighting right now, and we certainly don’t need to fan the flames.
I don’t ask you guys to do a lot of things, but right now I’m telling you this: I need you to stop responding to the anons. I need you to delete those posts the moment you see them. Automatically cut off their whining at the source. If they make a post and tag it, block the user. That’s all it takes. Cut off the poison. Breathe life back in.
We have to breathe life back into ourselves, and be bigger than the faceless. Let them scream into the empty room. We are no longer listening. We WILL STOP listening.
We are too busy loving each other, as family. We don’t need them. We need each other. Now more than ever.
Jessica, hang in there. Your family is here, waiting for you. No matter what. We know you will be with us. We know you are listening. Watching. We have hope. For you, and for everyone.
We stand united. We will not lose to the world trying to beat us down. We will make our own world. We HAVE our own world, right here. And in our world, we love and protect and accept each other.

Mama’s right, we’re giving power to their words, giving them a sense of superiority because they can get to us.
We cannot control their words - what we can control is our actions. Ignore the hate; delete; don’t even read it. If you feel as if a glimpse of the hate will hurt you, have someone you trust sort through your inbox and delete it for you.
Would Jess want us to destroy our community through anger? Let the hate get to us? No. We need to bring her back with pure love and shining hope, and we need to take steps to make sure our family is a positive place for her to return to.

I just wondered.
Wouldn’t it be weird if Senator Wright and Julian’s mom had a thing for each other way back when and it was part of why their marriages turned sour and it turned badly for them both after and so they don’t like each other anymore?
What if, right?
